Would they have anything in common?

Lately Samantha has been asking me for a sister, which I particularly hilarious. She is not at all interested in another brother, she says we don't need anymore because we already have two, she just wants a sister. I asked her why and she said "I like sisters." How cute is that? Obviously, I cannot gaurantee her a sister (and I would love to have another little girl, got to even things up a bit around here!) but it got me thinking...would they have anything at all in common. Would she be jealous from the get go or would she adore a younger sister and be as great as she is with the boys? Samantha is so awesome with them, it is unbelievable. She has not ever been jealous of them, they give each other kisses and hugs all day long, she is great about sharing with them and including them in things. She helps me when it is time to feed them, I don't know what I would do without her really. I am just wondering if it would carry over to another sibling or not, this time there would be at least a 6-year difference between them, which is almost twice what is in between the boys and her. And if that were the case, would another child be totally left out? I mean, Samantha has school and school friends and the boys have each other. Who would another sibling have? Me?

I just don't know...really I am just pondering at the moment, don't anyone be expecting a pregnancy announcement anytime soon :)

Just food for thought...I felt left out all the time when I was growing up for various reasons, as obviously our childhood was a bit more complex. :) I always felt you and Jaime had each other, and Chris has his mom ect. But now that we are a bit older, I cannot imagine NOT having sisters, because it's really great...Just my two cents...
